1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
Online Courses or Digital Products:
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of purchase if:
- The product is defective or inaccessible.
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Coaching Services:
Refunds are available if:
- You cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- The service is not delivered as promised.
- No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
Events and Retreats:
Refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs:
- 30 days or more before the event: Full refund.
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
- 14 days or less before the event: No refund.
Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds for unused time are not available unless technical issues prevent access to the service.
